Who SSF serves
Whether you are looking for work or need people for your operation, SSF starts by understanding the requirement — then recruits, matches and supports from there.
SSF supports job seekers by understanding their skills, experience, availability and professional goals, then connecting suitable candidates with employment based on real workforce requirements.
Employers submit a workforce requirement to SSF. We review the need, discuss the engagement, then source, screen and assign suitable workers — with onboarding and ongoing support.
We promote security, responsibility, trust, legal compliance, protection, and human dignity in every relationship we build.
We believe progress happens one step at a time. We support workers and employers through every stage with transparency, professionalism, and respect.
We focus on progress, opportunity, and a better future, helping workers and businesses move forward with confidence.
Where SSF provides workforce
SSF works across high-demand industries, sourcing and supporting suitable workers against each employer’s operational requirements. Sector coverage describes capability, not a promise that every industry has open vacancies at all times.
How the process works
Employers do not post jobs or assign candidates themselves. A workforce request comes to SSF. We review it, discuss the engagement, recruit and match workers, then assign suitable candidates and stay involved.
We review the employer’s workforce requirement and discuss the engagement needed.
SSF sources and recruits suitable skilled, semi-skilled and general workers.
Candidates are screened, interviewed and documents are verified before any assignment.
The employer reviews the proposed match. SSF then employs and assigns the candidate.
Onboarding, deployment and ongoing workforce support continue after assignment.
International recruitment
Recruit. Employ. Mobilise. Assign. Support.
SSF works with employers and recruitment networks to identify suitable international workers and support responsible recruitment, employment preparation, mobilisation, assignment and integration — subject to applicable legal requirements.
International recruitment is a workforce service, not visa consultancy. Approvals, entry and employment remain subject to law and cannot be guaranteed.

Why SSF
Trust is built in how people are matched, how work is assigned, and how support continues after a worker starts. SSF stays with both sides of the relationship.
We match people and companies on skills, availability and operational need — not volume for its own sake.
Sourcing, screening and documentation sit with SSF before a candidate is proposed.
Temporary staffing, ETT employment and international recruitment are treated as one responsible process.
Assignment and mobilisation proceed subject to applicable legal and employment requirements.
Support is built around people, not only the vacancy they fill.
Onboarding and ongoing support stay with SSF after a worker is assigned.
Tell SSF about your skills, experience and availability. We connect suitable candidates with real workforce requirements.
